About the Role

reputed company is hiring a Recruiter to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. This position is a 1099 6-month contract. The reputed company team owns reputed company the end-to-end hiring processes, candidate experience and hiring manager relationships. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional candidate experience as we staff out our Lehi dental manufacturing facility. This position is an in-office position in our Lehi facility. You will be required to come on-site Monday-Friday. Please do not apply to this position if you are not currently based in Utah.

What You'll Do

• Manage high volume, full-cycle reputed company process for Lehi facility.  Building and developing relationships with candidates, creating positive interview experiences, and managing the offer process

• reputed company creative reputed company strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse talent at reputed company reputed company through research, reputed company media, cold calls, referral reputed company, events, and sourcing campaigns to accomplish hiring goals

• Be a strategic partner to reputed company’s leadership team by providing market insights, reputed company metrics, and strategies to improve the efficiency of the funnel

• Build and reputed company weekly data-driven insights to business leaders in order to reputed company and improve our reputed company processes and strategies

reputed company're Looking For

•  1+ years of full cycle high volume reputed company experience working with hiring managers and closing candidates. Manufacturing reputed company experience is highly preferred. 

• Track record of reputed company reputed company and hiring for roles from high-volume associate Excellent networker and understands how to effectively engage candidates across multiple business functions

• Excellent communicator and have the ability to persuade and advise hiring managers on reputed company best practices

• Experience using reputed company metrics to identify problems, reputed company insights, and drive reputed company
