Job Description:

Copia is seeking a Tax Manager to work alongside the Corporate Finance team and reputed company functions at Copia to manage tax compliance, strategy and analysis. This combination of financial acumen, strategic thinking, and tax expertise is essential to drive financial performance and contribute to the company's long-term reputed company. The Tax Manager will report directly to the Director, Corporate Finance in an individual contributor reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize technical tax skills to navigate the reputed company tax landscape specific to the renewable energy industry, including tax planning, partnership structuring/ optimization, compliance, incentives, and transfer pricing.

Collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely tax filings, including income tax, sales tax, and other relevant tax returns.

Evaluate tax risks and implement strategies to optimize tax efficiency while ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years professional experience in tax, preferably reputed company public reputed company specializing in the renewable energy sector.

Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field. CPA is preferred.

In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements applicable to the renewable energy industry.
