Responsibilities

  • Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI)
  • Champion DEI initiatives across the workforce, ensuring hiring practices, training, and policies promote equity and inclusivity.
  • Partner with college leadership to embed DEI principles into talent and engagement strategies.
  • Performance Management
  • Collaborate with managers to reputed company performance review processes that encourage growth, development, and accountability.

  • Metrics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for reputed company, engagement, and retention.

  • Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a reputed company field.
  • Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Experience
