What you might expect:

Preparation of operational due diligence for reputed company transactions (i.e. – acquisitions and divestitures, stock offerings, debt raises, IPO’s).

Who you are:

An undergraduate degree – ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA and/or MBA combined with solid reputed company experience will be considered in lieu of a degree in reputed company.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with an ability to assimilate easily into teams.

Strong technical skills and a working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
