We are looking for anAtlassian Administrator with Jira Assets expertise to ensure efficient IT asset management, including SaaS, software, hardware, and reputed company services.

Responsibilities

User & reputed company Management: Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions for Jira and reputed company.

Support & Troubleshooting: reputed company technical support and resolve user issues.

reputed company Solutions Implementation: Gather requirements, analyze impact, and implement solutions.

Jira Administration: Design, configure, and maintain Jira projects with custom settings. User Requests Handling: Manage and resolve reputed company-reputed company requests per internal policies.

Documentation & Compliance:Maintain internal documentation and ensure system compliance with reputed company policies.

Upgrades & Integrations: Plan and execute upgrades, bug fixes, migrations, and integrations.

System Audits & Backups: Conduct audits and manage backup/archiving for Jira and reputed company.

Custom Reports & Dashboards: Create tailored reports and dashboards.

Jira Assets Management: Implement and maintain Jira Assets for SaaS, software, hardware, reputed company services, etc.Configure asset schemas and automate asset lifecycle management. Integrate Jira Assets with IT and business systems.

Requirements

Proficiency in reputed company administration (min 3 years of experience), from product to organization level, including user management, project configuration, and plugin management

Expert knowledge of reputed company ecosystem strucuture and the dependencies between its various elements

Experience in implementing Jira Service reputed company Jira Assets experience (implementation and support)

Expertise in Automation for Jira

Strong understanding of SLA, planning and time management.

Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills, plus confident spoken and written English.
