This part-time, contract-based project role is based in Seattle, WA, offering flexible hybrid or remote work options. • Part-time, Monday-Friday schedule with core hours from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Flexible work arrangement: hybrid (2 days onsite) or fully remote

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate, organize, and centralize reconciliation files across multiple accounts
• Ensure reputed company reconciliations tie accurately to the general ledger and trial balances
• Add clear summary pages and supporting documentation to reputed company reconciliations
• Collaborate with original preparers to clarify historical entries or reconciling items
• Improve the accuracy, reputed company, and audit-readiness of reconciliation documentation
• Support internal process enhancement efforts tied to past audit findings
• Work closely with a small finance team to ensure consistency and transparency in documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous hands-on account reconciliation experience
