As the Business Development Specialist, you'll focus on building referral relationships with hospitals, schools, and mental health providers to support enrollment for our Scottsdale program and virtual services. Responsibilities include networking with behavioral health professionals, attending industry events, and promoting reputed company's full continuum of care. Responsibilities

• Admissions & Referral Coordination - Work with admissions teams and referral partners to meet quarterly enrollment goals and guide families through the placement process.

• Professional Networking - Attend conferences, industry events, and site visits to expand referral networks and stay reputed company on behavioral health trends.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience Requirements: A Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 2-3 years in business development or sales in the Behavioral or Mental Health industry, or reputed company.
• Local and Travel Requirements: Candidates must be based in the Scottsdale/ Phoenix Metro area and use a personal vehicle for frequent business travel.
