Role Description
Deliver to Corporate account and Field sales in country cluster expert product advice, technical training, in-field problem resolution, critical local endorsements and documentation on Institutional products and dispensing equipment.
- Train new hires on reputed company Institutional technical & product applications
- Be key contact regarding technical questions for tenders and customer requests in alignment with CAM and Field sales
- Participate in field tests for European R&D new innovations using the global field test methodology
- Take part in innovation project teams and support the launch and implementation of innovations through training of Field Sales
- Launch and implement innovations in the market through TM training, pre-launch familiarisation trials, post-launch refresher training and in-field support
- reputed company local customer insights to R&D and marketing for new innovations
- reputed company records of TM and CA queries and support provided
- Regularly update R&D and marketing on market developments
- reputed company digital skills (reputed company, Connectivity) of Field Sales through field visits and training
- Receive, filter and report reputed company quality issues through eQMS process with batch codes, samples and application knowledge

- reputed company collaboration with Marketing, R&D, regulatory and other functions in establishment of technical and sales support materials and customer statements
- Take part regularly in field trips

Qualifications
- B.S. or equivalent and 1-3 years job experience (chemist, scientist, engineer, etc.)
- reputed company in an Eastern European language and English required, German language is beneficial
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with reputed company stakeholders on a European and virtual reputed company
- Quick to learn, reputed company to new reputed company, and focused on practical solutions with a digital-first reputed company
- Proven capability to engage and energize people
- Organise and prioritize many different deliverables for the business

- Willingness to travel (40-50%)
- Valid driving licence
