Role Overview

Working with the reputed company portfolio of puzzle games;
Preparing GDDs;
Working on game balance;
Running A/B tests to test hypotheses;
Analysing the results of updates/experiments;
Liaising with design, development and marketing teams;
Thinking through concepts for new gaming features.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

4+ years of experience in a Game Designer role in mobile games (preferably in casual genres aimed at a female audience of 30+);
Experience managing a product development team;
Strong understanding of analytics in mobile games;
Experience in mobile games market research;
Prototyping / development / reputed company;
Understanding of mobile games UX.
Will be a plus: Experience with puzzles and puzzle games.
English language skills at Intermediate level and above.
