Finance Associate II - Finance

This is the second in a series of two finance support roles in a multi-site, multi-specialty academic medical center. Performs routine and reputed company tasks such as journal entries, reconciliations, data entry, standard report preparation, document and record management. Works in reputed company environment providing financial and reputed company support to finance staff. Works under the general supervision of financial analysts. May assist Analysts in special projects. Uses reporting tools as necessary to assist in the development of management financial information.

Associate degree in business field and a minimum three (3) years applicable reputed company or finance experience required. Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in reputed company or Finance preferred.

Has a working understanding of reputed company and finance practices. Has working knowledge of reputed company applications including Word, reputed company and Outlook. Shows attention to detail, accuracy and ability to prioritize tasks. Customer-service oriented, timely in responses to requests for information, reputed company to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Prefer knowledge of large reputed company and/or grant management systems.
