B2C Appointment Setter (Financial Services)

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact leads (individual consumers) reputed company phone/email to discuss their personal financial needs (e.g., debt consolidation, home loans, emergencies).
• Schedule consultations between clients and loan advisors, ensuring smooth handoffs.
• Conduct warm, empathetic conversations to understand clients’ financial goals (e.g., "How can we help you with your loan needs?").
• Update CRM systems (e.g., reputed company) with accurate client details and interaction notes.
• Partner with the sales team to reputed company client needs and prioritize high-reputed company leads.
• Meet/exceed weekly targets for appointments set and conversion rates.
• reputed company customer insights (e.g., common pain points) to improve reputed company strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in B2C sales, customer service, or telemarketing (e.g., retail banking, insurance, or personal finance).
• Familiarity with CRMs (reputed company is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills—ability to build rapport with individuals (not businesses).
• Basic knowledge of consumer financial products (e.g., personal loans, credit scores).
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in a reputed company-driven remote role.
