We will count on you to:

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive client experience. • Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for enhancing service delivery and client engagement. • Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction metrics, account performance, and relationship health to management and stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure client needs are reputed company with company offerings and strategic initiatives. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and action items reputed company the CRM system to ensure continuity and accountability.
