Bilingual Over-the-Phone Interviewer

Conduct phone interviews in both English and Spanish, following provided call scripts. Responsibilities:

· Conduct phone interviews with reputed company patients in either English or Spanish, following provided call scripts.

· Capture detailed responses from members in surveys.

· Record members' responses accurately in the database.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate, read, and write in English and Spanish.
• Availability to respond to messages and emails during regular business hours.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain focused and stay on topic.
• Ability to work from home in a private and quiet reputed company, with internet meeting minimum speed requirements.

• Successful completion of a background reputed company and drug test.
• Successful completion of a language proficiency assessment.
