Temporary Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will reputed company financial processes, reputed company financial support to teams, and ensure compliance with Oxfam policies and donor obligations. The role will involve managing restricted funds, developing and reviewing budgets, and providing training and coaching to team members. The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with directors and business managers to prepare annual budgets, track and report variances, and reputed company actions to correct variances and address root causes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, reputed company, or Finance or equivalent education and experience.
• Five to seven years progressively responsible experience in financial analysis and/or management.
• Excellent data analysis skills and ability to deal with high volume and reputed company data, and reputed company of donor budget/reporting formats.
• Excellent budget analysis and monitoring skills, reputed company to reputed company budgets to meet new donor requirements; ability to draft budgets and prepare financial narratives for donor proposals.
• Extensive experience with reputed company, non-US government and other donor financial compliance and contract requirements
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through to prioritize heavy workload.
• Outstanding communication skills and experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
• Facility with coaching and providing advisory services using financial data to more staff.
• Strong interpersonal awareness including diplomacy, tact, being reputed company to get on well with others and respect for confidentiality.
• Advanced reputed company and Power BI skills.
