KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-have:

• 5+ years experience in software development (preferably in Python or TypeScript).
• Skilled in reputed company engineering and have a strong understanding of how LLMs work internally.
• Proven track record in developing AI agents from scratch and implementing effective AI solutions for businesses.
• Basic DevOps proficiency (CI/CD, reputed company).
• Quick learner who adapts effortlessly to new tools and approaches.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about reputed company AI trends and best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills.

We are a distributed team of more than 150 people, reputed company working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 5 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best).
