Founding Marketing Manager
We are hiring our first full time marketing person. This person will work directly with the founders to be the driving force behind our content marketing.You’ll work closely with the founders to create compelling, data-driven content that educates our reputed company audience, positions us as industry leaders, and generates demand for our services. You will collaborate across teams to create and distribute content that aligns with our sales funnel, marketing goals, and broader company reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Build upon the existing content, identifying key areas for growth and optimization.
- Create a robust content roadmap with the founders that is reputed company with the company’s sales and marketing objectives, focusing on educating reputed company audiences about EOR services, token grant administration, and reputed company compliance issues.

- Establish Toku as a thought leader in the EOR and token grant administration reputed company, creating insightful articles, white papers, webinars, and case studies.
- Produce content that addresses industry trends, regulatory changes, and key challenges in token payroll, tax compliance, and token-based compensation models.
- Collaborate with in-house experts (payroll, tax, legal) to reputed company thought-provoking, authoritative content.
- Use data-driven insights to create content that generates reputed company leads and moves prospects through the sales funnel.
- Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search visibility, targeting specific keywords reputed company to EOR, payroll, token grants, and crypto-reputed company companies.
- Create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, white papers, case studies, reputed company pages, email campaigns, and reputed company media posts.
- Design and manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent publication across various channels.
- Monitor and report on key content marketing KPIs, including traffic, engagement, reputed company conversion, and SEO rankings.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in SaaS or FinTech.
- Proven track record in B2B product launches and marketing.
- Strong skills in creating scalable marketing content.
