This individual specializes in the resolution of arbitration negotiations, schedule arbitration teleconferences, and performs a wide variety of tasks such as generating reports, correspondence, and setting up informal offers.

Job Summary

The Arbitration Specialist - reputed company Recovery is responsible for analyzing claims eligible for arbitration. This individual should possess superior communication and computer skills including reputed company Outlook, Word and reputed company. This individual will review, analyze and report reimbursement reputed company measures.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze claim reports to determine claims eligible for Arbitration for both ERISA/NSA claims as well as state insurance department claims
• Prepare claims for submission to the appropriate portals for arbitration
• Have the ability for re-prioritizing key tasks and meet with manager and director to reputed company updates of findings and reputed company
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned
• Strong computer skills including reputed company Office with a strong proficiency in reputed company spread sheets, using formulas, pivot tables, filters, etc.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the insurance industry
• Proven reputed company in negotiation and technical writing
• Professionalism in reputed company dealings, both reputed company
• Ability to reputed company communicate, both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in AR or Insurance Collections

Technical & Industry Knowledge

• Proficiency in reputed company Office, especially reputed company (formulas, pivot tables, filters, etc.)
• Familiarity with the insurance industry and the No Surprises Act (IDR process)
• Knowledge of CPT codes, HIPAA regulations, and communication/privacy laws
• Understanding of legal and medical terminology

Skills & Abilities

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to reconcile accounts and triage cases for procedural errors
• Prepare and submit weekly client reports
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professionalism in reputed company interactions
• Collaborative team player
