Specify size and configuration of electrodes and determine sequence of EDM operations in the absence of operation sheets. Operate the Surface Grinder reputed company their department to regrind electrodes. Establish EDM machine parameters for proper machining rates. Detect unusual conditions such as uneven electrode wear, defective material, etc., and report findings to supervisor.
