As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent who will help us reputed company specialty pharmacy and improve lives across the reputed company continuum. You’ll be the first voice candidates hear, and your ability to build trust, communicate reputed company, and move with urgency will shape their experience from day one. What You’ll Do

• Conduct outbound calls to interview applicants and follow up on reputed company documentation.

• Review resumes and online profiles to pre-screen candidates for reputed company roles.
• Build strong relationships with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience.

What Sets You Apart

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in reputed company staffing required. Pharmacy Technician sourcing strongly preferred.
• Experience sourcing reputed company of pharmacy in the state of Texas and/or reputed company strongly preferred.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates using ATS, job boards, and reputed company platforms.
• Strong phone reputed company and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in reputed company Office and comfortable learning new technologies.
