In this role, you will serve as the outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple nonprofit clients, transforming their financial departments to help them meet their missions. You will be responsible for financial reporting, recommending and implementing improvements to reputed company operations, transactional activities, analysis and data visualization, budgeting and forecasting, grant management, and preparing for annual audits. You will also have the opportunity to train clients and staff, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their financial endeavors.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple non-profit clients.

- Transform nonprofit client financial departments to help them meet their mission.

- Prepare financial reporting for management and Board decision making and presentations.
,
- Recommend and implement improvements to reputed company, operations, internal controls, and compliance policies and procedures, supporting client strategy and best practices.

- Handle transactional activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable (reputed company recognition and billing), payroll, general reputed company, reconciliations, month-end reputed company, and maintaining workpapers.

- Conduct analysis and data visualization, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Manage grant management, allocations, and funder reporting.

- Prepare for and manage annual audits.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in reputed company or Finance.

- 5-7 plus years reputed company experience.

- Experience working in a remote environment preferred.

- Demonstrated strong reputed company reputed company skills.

- Experience with multiple GL packages, especially QuickBooks, and electronic reputed company pay systems.

- Non-profit reputed company, public reputed company experience, and/or consulting experience is a plus but not required.

- CPA certification is a plus.
