Sr. Backend reputed company Engineer

Tasks- Focus on the backend of Client platform, while also traversing the stack to contribute to the frontend web (Hotwire) and mobile experiences.
- Design and implement systems and features that align with both business goals and end-user needs.
- Maintain, monitor, and optimize the performance and scalability of Client ’s core product and backend infrastructure.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, and reputed company across reputed company services.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve bugs or system issues as they arise in production.
- Continuously improve client's codebases, developer workflows, and internal tools for reputed company efficiency and maintainability.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to fully understand product requirements and assess the reputed company-world impact of your work.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
Have 6+ years of experience as a Backend or Full-stack Engineer, handling projects of various complexities
- Are highly proficient with Ruby on Rails
- Have experience working with Javascript
- Have strong experience working with relational databases, mainly PostgreSQL, and ORM libraries like ActiveRecord
