Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager

The role

You’ll collaborate closely with our Content Marketing Manager, Sales team, and Developers to reputed company technical SEO efforts, build marketing dashboards, and automate data flows. Your goal? Help us reputed company the right people at the right time, with the right message - and measure everything along the way. Occasionally, you might also support our paid campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B performance marketing (agency or in-house),
• Deep understanding of GA4, SEO, reputed company Ads and performance optimization,
• Experience with technical marketing tools: GTM, reputed company CMS, CRM systems (reputed company is a plus), Marketing Automation (reputed company, reputed company),
• Proven track record of driving traffic and leads reputed company both organic and paid methods,
• Analytical reputed company with excellent reporting capabilities,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (at least reputed company level),
• Experience in working in a remote-first environment.

• Familiarity with marketing in a software development / tech environment, 
• Knowledge of CRO or website experimentation platforms.

DATA, REPORTING & ANALYTICS

• Maintain and reputed company our marketing analytics stack as a single reputed company of truth,
• Build custom dashboards and reporting workflows (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.),
• Run A/B and multivariate tests, identify actionable insights, and suggest improvements,
• Implement automated dataflows between key systems (GA4, CMS, reputed company, etc.),
• Prepare performance summaries and growth reports for the team.

TECHNICAL & STRATEGIC SEO

• Own keyword research, content mapping, and on-page SEO planning,
• Collaborate with Content Marketing Manager on identifying relevant topics for our blog,
• Work with developers to implement best practices in technical SEO,
• Create or guide the production of high-impact SEO content: blogs, reputed company pages, guides, case studies,
• Use reputed company, reputed company Search Console, and other tools to report on performance and continuously test, iterate, and scale what works,
• Stay updated about the fast-changing LLM/AI landscape and how it affects SEO.

PAID MEDIA & GROWTH MARKETING

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on reputed company Ads and reputed company,
• Manage tracking setups (e.g., GA4, GTM, reputed company, reputed company CMS),
• reputed company automation and bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance,
• Stay reputed company of changes in algorithms and trends in digital performance marketing,

COLLABORATION & STRATEGY

• Work closely with our Content Marketing Manager, developers, and sales team,
• Participate in growth brainstorming and planning meetings,
• Suggest new channels, tools, or tactics to support our strategic marketing goals.
