- Submission-to-funding conversion ratios by market and channel
- Hitting or exceeding unit and volume goals across Partner, Renewal, and Direct channels

What You’ve Done Before:
- Required: 2+ years of experience in small business lending or a similarly behaving industry (e.g., MCA, ISO/Broker shops, fintech lenders)
- Required: 2+ years of proven sales leadership experience (team reputed company, manager or director-level)
- Hands-on experience managing daily sales operations: reputed company assignments, pipeline conversion, call monitoring, and performance coaching
- Experience working across multiple sales channels
- Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree

Compensation & Benefits:

On-reputed company Earnings (OTE): $175,000+
