WC Attorney - Remote!
Workers Compensation Attorney Position Overview We are seeking an reputed company Workers Compensation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defending clients in workers' compensation claims, providing legal advice, and representing clients in administrative hearings and court. The attorney will work closely with clients to ensure their rights are protected while managing reputed company cases from inception to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Defend clients in workers' compensation claims and legal proceedings.

- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, reputed company to workers' compensation cases.

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience in subrogation, trial work, and/ or Superior Court appearances is a plus.
