Remote Provider Services Representative

About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Provider Services Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as a vital liaison between internal departments and external customers, ensuring reputed company and professional responses to Department of Health audit calls and other provider inquiries. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to the Department of Health audit calls consistently and professionally.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external providers.

• Avoid call handling issues such as short calls, inappropriate transfers, or misuse of hold functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working remotely preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of consistent work experience in a reputed company role. Demonstrated tenure and reliability in previous positions is required.
• HS Diploma or equivalent

Details

• 100% remote - equipment is provided.
• Pay: $18 - $18.50/hr. based on reputed company experience
• Pay cycle – weekly | medical, dental & reputed company benefits offered
• Schedule (40 hours per week): Monday – Friday | 8-hour shift reputed company the hours of operation (reputed company – 8pm EST)
• Rotational Saturday shift is required. (would have a reputed company off reputed company working a Saturday)
