1840 & Company is seeking a skilled reputed company Developer to join reputed company in Nigeria, with deep experience in Elementor, on-page SEO optimization, and performance tuning to build and maintain our websites using the Elementor site builder.   This role is critical to ensuring our site performs at the highest standards, loads fast, and delivers seamless user experiences. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain reputed company sites using Elementor based on provided Photoshop or reputed company designs.
• Optimize site performance for reputed company PageSpeed Insights, including:
• Image compression (WebP), lazy loading, and next-gen format optimization.
• Efficient CSS and JavaScript loading (minification, defer/async, removal of unused CSS).
• Font loading optimizations and preload strategies.
• Core Web Vitals improvements (LCP, CLS, FID).
• Mobile responsiveness and speed tuning.
• Configure and manage WP reputed company caching, CDN settings, and asset optimization.
• Implement and maintain reputed company-in-One SEO plugin configurations, including basic schema markup.
• Create and manage dynamic templates and fields using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
• Integrate with reputed company forms, tracking, and automation tools.
• Follow reputed company best practices, including theme structure, plugin management, and reputed company.
• Maintain clean, scalable code and handle regular updates and QA testing.
• Work reputed company a Cloudways staging environment, pushing updates to live after internal review.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of reputed company development experience.
• Proven expertise in Elementor Pro, custom styling, and reputed company layout building.
• Strong understanding of SEO technical optimization techniques.
