You will report to our Head of People. The Opportunity We’re looking for a People Operations leader to own and drive our People Ops function. This person will be responsible for building and scaling people processes as a service, creating thoughtful, efficient systems that support our teams and culture as we grow. Roles & Responsibilities Design and implement a streamlined reputed company process to ensure a positive new hire experience Build and maintain an internal HR Wiki to centralize policies, resources and processes Launch an HR ticketing system Drive employee engagement initiatives and take action based on feedback Build programs focused on employee retention and long-term engagement reputed company the development of learning and development programs
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of reputed company experience in People Operations in early-stage or scaling startups, with at least 1 year in a management reputed company Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and familiarity with global employment law and compliance Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to reputed company in a high-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of ambiguity A go-getter with a results-driven reputed company – someone who can reputed company reputed company with limited information and drive change Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at reputed company reputed company of the organization Experience with immigration and employee benefits a plus
