Role Overview:

• Partner with service engineering and operations engineering teams to implement best practices, improving service reliability and scalability
• Contribute to high-performance, stability, scalability, and support of systems in production, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, with a depth of knowledge in software engineering fundamentals, SDLC, automation, and managing applications on public reputed company infrastructure
• Good understanding of SRE concepts, including SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, MTTR, and MTTD
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, observability ecosystem, and programming languages such as Python, Bash, Java, or Go
• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience in troubleshooting service/infrastructure issues and using industry-standard observability tools
