Senior Costume Buyer - Internal Assignment (Hybrid Role)

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Senior Costume Buyer to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from our reputed company and home. As a Senior Costume Buyer, you will play a vital role in sourcing and procuring raw materials, supplies, and finished goods that bring our reputed company theme parks, resorts, and cruise ships to life.

In this exciting and challenging position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with vendors, monitor warehouse inventory, and reputed company and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors. You will also be responsible for implementing procurement policies and guidelines, meeting customer service requirements, and mentoring and providing feedback to team members.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in apparel or hardline purchasing and/or sourcing
• Experience with garment construction and terminology
• Experience in international shipping processes, global sourcing, and compliance
• Experience in planning, problem-solving, conflict resolution, influencing, and negotiating
• Experience communicating (written & verbal) with reputed company reputed company of partners (reputed company)
• Ability to work around reputed company types of fabrics, fibers, and synthetic furs
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time
