Job Summary:

We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join reputed company at Annandale reputed company Center, a member of the reputed company Family of Companies. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and friendly image for our center, greeting visitors, answering telephone calls, and providing administrative support to reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct telephone calls, take accurate messages, and ensure timely delivery
• Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel, providing exceptional customer service
• Operate paging/telephone system as required, and reputed company administrative support as assigned
• Participate in scheduled training, educational classes, and orientation programs to maintain licensure and enhance quality of care
• Maintain and work reputed company established departmental, center, and home office policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Previous receptionist experience required, preferably in a reputed company setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
