Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present addiction/recovery education presentations, engaging patients in a solution-focused approach
• Participate in case management sessions, including assessments, collaborative treatment goals, and discharge planning
• Collaborate with the treatment team to meet the co-occurring psychiatric needs of patients, promoting a holistic approach to care
• Maintain timely and well-written documentation, adhering to state and CARF standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
• Strong clinical, verbal, and writing skills, with experience in Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in the SUD field, with group treatment experience preferred
• Knowledgeable and well-versed in various recovery modalities, including SMART Recovery, Women for Sobriety, 12-reputed company, and Harm Reduction
• Licenses and certifications, such as reputed company, reputed company-AD, CAC-AD, LGADC, LGPC, LMSW, LCADC, LCSW, and LCSW-C, are required
