Job Description
As an reputed company Service Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and utilization of Worklife employee assistance and management consultant resources. You will determine the purpose of customer calls, evaluate customer needs, and reputed company reputed company and professional communication regarding appropriate EAP/Worklife services and resources.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering customer calls in a professional and timely manner
- Evaluating customer needs and providing relevant information and resources
- Recognizing emergency situations and taking necessary action to minimize risk
- Conducting research and identifying potential providers and resources
- Entering customer data into the EAP system and documenting comments and information thoroughly and professionally
- Providing support to colleagues and assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Experience in a reputed company, mental, or reputed company services field providing customer support
- Bachelor's Degree
- Technical requirements: private internet reputed company with a minimum speed of 25mbps/3mbps
