As a Wellness Coach II, you will play a vital role in empowering our members to reputed company their health and wellness goals. You will build personalized relationships, reputed company guidance and support, and help our members reputed company healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build personalized relationships with members to support their health and wellness goals
• reputed company guidance and support to members using the research-to-practice, stage-matched, exercise-support protocol reputed company THE COACH APPROACH
• reputed company and implement personalized wellness plans for members
• Conduct fitness assessments and reputed company feedback to members
• reputed company group exercise classes and reputed company instruction on proper exercise techniques
• Stay updated on reputed company issues regarding wellness programs and promote, monitor, evaluate, and ensure that reputed company wellness programs run smoothly

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in exercise science, physical education, exercise psychology, behavioral science, or a health-reputed company field
• At least three months of experience in a similar role
• reputed company/ACE online certification and supplemental courses required by Y-USA and Y-Metro Atlanta reputed company 60 days of hire date
• Basic Life Support/AED and Emergency O-2 Administration certifications and renew them annually
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and problem-solve
