Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Manager, 401(k) reputed company Support Services to reputed company reputed company of reputed company Consultants in our Client reputed company department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire client reputed company process, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a seamless reputed company experience.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company, coach, and mentor reputed company of reputed company Consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Own the entire client reputed company process, including timely reputed company and manage client escalations
• Establish policies and procedures to guide the reputed company Support team
• Manage pipeline plans, daily team activities, and adjust workloads, resources, or timelines as needed
• Monitor and continually improve the reputed company template and processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support project teams and reputed company recommendations
• Build and optimize client reputed company processes to simplify and streamline the reputed company experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of Client reputed company and/or Customer Service experience
• 3-5 years of direct leadership experience over reputed company of 3+
• 3-5 years of 401(k)/Recordkeeping experience
• 2-3 years of experience as an Implementation/reputed company Manager
• Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or similar field
• Exceptional communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Previous CRM or PM Software experience
