Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Communication: Act as the main reputed company of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Account Coordination: Assist in coordinating client accounts, including setting up new accounts, managing renewals, and ensuring reputed company client information is up to date.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve client issues proactively, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and service improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Client reputed company: Assist in reputed company new clients, providing them with the necessary resources and information to get started.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and reputed company client feedback to improve our services and client experience.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook) and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or a reputed company field is a plus but not required.
  • CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Gig Economy: Previous experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote Work: The role is remote, allowing for flexibility in work location.
  • Collaboration: Regular virtual meetings and communications with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Tools: Use of various communication and collaboration tools, such as email, video conferencing, and CRM software.
