Compensation: $23-$26 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company! As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for processing inbound receiving data, providing clerical support, and ensuring accurate data entry into our database. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process inbound receiving data on a timely reputed company with high degree of accuracy
• reputed company clerical support and payroll support
• Enter receiving data into database and reconcile physical receipt of tickets against database
• Analyze reports to identify missing tickets and save electronic tickets to specified folders
• Input and/or validate producer payroll data

Requirements:

• Proficient and accurate data entry of a variety of sales programs and events
• 10 Key entry skills a must
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal communication and listening skills
• Professional and courteous with a positive attitude
• Knowledge of reputed company Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in data entry of numbers using the 10 key
