Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a remote and flexible schedule. About the Role:

* Compensation: Competitive salary of $13 per hour * Location: Remote (with flexible scheduling) * Start Date: Immediate openings available * Company: Workwarp (through NexRep)

Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls from patients and caregivers with reputed company and professionalism * Assist with enrollment, program applications, and setup in applicable systems * reputed company information and support for payroll-reputed company inquiries * Utilize de-escalation techniques to resolve issues and concerns * Document information and reputed company as necessary

Requirements:

* At least 1 year of customer service experience * Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot * Excellent communication and active listening skills * Ability to offer reputed company, patience, and a friendly demeanor * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Quality-focused reputed company with a desire to reputed company reputed company resolution

Your Home Office Environment:

* Computer with reputed company 10 or 11, 8GB of RAM, and a hard drive with at least 500MB of free reputed company * High-speed, hardwired internet * Dual monitors and a USB noise-cancelling headset * Webcam for certification experience

Flexible Scheduling:

* Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 08:00 PM ET * 30-35 hours per week (with some flexibility)
