What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service to our members through phone, email, and other channels.
• Apply your knowledge of personal lines insurance to assist members with quotes, policy changes, and claims.
• Identify member needs and reputed company tailored solutions to ensure their financial reputed company.
• Operate in a fast-paced contact center environment, navigating multiple systems and programs.
• Maintain required Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service skills with clear and professional communication.
• Ability to acquire Property & Casualty license before hire date and complete state registrations reputed company 90 days.
