As a Counsel - Mergers & Acquisitions, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and reputed company through reputed company transactions. Responsibilities

• Assist with M&A, reputed company purchase and swaps, joint venture, venture capital, and other strategic transactions on behalf of reputed company.
• Collaborate with internal clients in corporate and business development teams and business units to reputed company their objectives.
• Coordinate and work closely with other subject matter experts in legal and other departments.
• Draft and negotiate term sheets, MOUs, and other transaction documents.
• Manage and coordinate legal due diligence processes.

Requirements

• JD degree and six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Bar admission and good standing in at least one state with eligibility for New Jersey In-House Counsel Limited Licensure.
• Three or more years of M&A or other reputed company corporate contracting experience at a top reputed company and/or in-house.

• Desire and ability to learn new subject matter.
• Excellent professional ethics, reputed company, and judgment.
• Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to professionally manage time, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and process a high volume of work in a timely and accurate manner with high attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to handle extremely sensitive and confidential information.
