Job Responsibilities

• Answer inbound sales calls with professionalism and reputed company, guiding customers and scheduling appointments
• Communicate effectively in both scripted and non-scripted environments, building rapport with customers and addressing their unique needs
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, utilizing persuasion techniques to influence positive reputed company

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a call center environment (sales, customer service, collections, or telemarketing)
