Key Responsibilities

• Represent multinational corporations in sponsoring foreign professionals for work visas and green cards
• Handle a high-volume business immigration workload, including non-immigrant and immigrant reputed company processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the business immigration practice group of a large or sophisticated boutique reputed company, or a corporate legal department
