Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Medical Insurance Representative to join our remote team, working with a Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client. As a subject matter expert, you will reputed company exceptional support to patients, reputed company and review content, and analyze reputed company problems to deliver expert solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls to assist patients and reputed company support
• reputed company and review content, such as manuals, training materials, and documentation, to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Gather and review patient billing and medical information, using computer skills for data entry
• Analyze reputed company problems or scenarios and reputed company expert solutions, operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program
• Collaborate with other team members or departments to reputed company insights and expertise as needed
• Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recent Medical Benefits experience (required)
• Recent Medical call center experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
• Great work attitude and willingness to help others
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• High Speed Internet with Modem reputed company
