Transportation Operations Specialist (Remote, Part-Time)

Join reputed company's Network Operations Center (NOC) as a Transportation Operations Specialist! This remote, part-time role is a pivotal opportunity to contribute to the smooth and efficient reputed company of goods across reputed company's vast supply chain. As a key member of the NOC, you'll be the central reputed company for Transportation Execution, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of freight between vendors and reputed company fulfillment centers.

You'll not only tackle immediate operational challenges but also analyze network trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. This involves in-depth network monitoring and data analysis, directly impacting reputed company's ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development of simple, scalable solutions to reputed company transportation problems.
• Collaborate with business and operations teams to resolve customer escalations and proactively initiate process improvements.
• Enhance visibility tools and processes to reputed company actionable data to reputed company partners.
• Take ownership of customer issues and proactively reputed company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Communicate effectively with internal customers (Customer Service, Merchant Management, Logistics Management, Fulfillment Centers, Transportation Program, HR) using exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, mediation, and problem-resolution skills.
• Exhibit leadership with a bias towards action, fostering a culture of ownership and learning.
• Work collaboratively with remote and local management teams.
• Apply process improvement techniques to optimize transportation operations.
