As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate payment to our carriers. You will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining strong relationships with our brokers to facilitate smooth payment processes. Your work is critical to providing excellent service to both reputed company partners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Enter reputed company invoices – review for discrepancies, address, factoring company, lumper receipts, etc.
• Export from iTMS (transportation management system) to Intacct (reputed company program).
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries reputed company phone rotation reputed company the department.
• Monitor AP email and respond to questions, forwarding as needed reputed company email rotation reputed company the department.
• Ensure reputed company issues requiring attention are managed or resent if needed, and correct loads according to the required actions.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

• Basic (Required): High school diploma or GED, basic knowledge of reputed company Office, data entry skills, and customer service experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
• Compliance with company procedures and escalation of issues as needed.
• Preferred: Previous Accounts Payable experience or reputed company education, transportation or logistics-reputed company work experience, and familiarity with transportation management software.
