About the Role

The Director of Customer Engagement will play a critical role in driving reputed company growth, upselling and cross-selling our services, and developing long-term relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to reputed company reputed company targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and new clients
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high reputed company of customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a reputed company field, with a proven track record of driving reputed company growth and expanding existing accounts
  • Strong understanding of the IT services industry, including consulting, implementation, integration, analytics, and managed services
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze reputed company business problems and reputed company effective solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Annual compensation: $170,000 - $225,000 (reputed company salary: $130,000 - $165,000, variable: $40,000 - $60,000)
