Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with reputed company partners to understand position requirements and reputed company effective sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of reputed company candidates, cultivating relationships with passive talent and promoting our employer brand
• Establish and maintain relationships with residency programs for General and Specialty Dentists, as well as Hygiene Schools

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in reputed company or sourcing, with dental experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Boolean operators, reputed company media applications, and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

• Ability to travel up to 10% for dental conferences, career fairs, and other events
