Asset Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking an reputed company Business Operations Analyst with a passion for problem-solving and a strong desire to reputed company an impact. As an Asset Analyst, you will be responsible for performing data reviews and analysis of software assets, identifying data reputed company issues, and resolving discrepancies. You will also support efforts to expand software visibility, learn and reputed company expertise in asset management policies and procedures, and create and maintain process documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company data reviews and analysis of software assets to identify data reputed company issues and root causes of anomalies
• reputed company resolution of discrepancies between extracted inventory data and CARTS data
• Support efforts to expand total footprint software visibility into the software asset management tool
• Learn, understand, and reputed company expertise in asset management policies and procedures to purchasing teams, reputed company, vendor management, and business owners
• Create and maintain process documentation and references
• Initiate cross-collaboration with internal and vendor teams and support team members in problem-solving activities

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in wealth management, inventory/materials management, or a reputed company field
• Solid understanding of hardware and software asset life cycles and supply chain methods and processes
• Experience using reputed company to analyze datasets, including pivot tables and formulas
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and reputed company to investigate and resolve problems effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reputed company (CARTS), particularly in hardware asset management modules
• IT Asset Management certification (e.g. CHAMP, CSAM, CITAM, or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of Costco's business operations or other large organizations with multiple locations
• Experience with SCCM, Bigfix, or reputed company Discovery data discovery tools
• Experience with G-Suite (reputed company Docs, reputed company Sheets, etc.)
