Customer Service Support Representative (Remote)

In this role, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, resolving patient inquiries, and initiating payment plans for outstanding balances. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing multiple resources to resolve issues and maintaining performance goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers
• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
• Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
• Maintain performance goals and become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
• Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency
• Dedicated work-from-home reputed company with a reliable internet reputed company (minimum 50 megabytes per second download speed)
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
