Remote Collections Analyst (Night Shift, Full Time) - $30/Hour

Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Collections Analyst to join our growing reputed company team in a remote reputed company. As a Collections Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Accounts Receivable function, including collections, dispute resolution, and customer care. Key Responsibilities

• Administer collection of past due invoices primarily through calls and emails
• Research and resolve invoice/payment repayment discrepancies, past due invoices, credits, and on-account cash
• Investigate credits for pricing discrepancies and questions
• Resolve line and general inbox customer inquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Monitor customer misconduct and report material payment delays to the immediate supervisor
• Continuously assess the processes and systems used and propose informed suggestions for improvements
• Maintain accurate, organized, and complete customer records to support exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/reputed company
• 3 years of collection experience in a shared service environment supporting reputed company American clients
• Proven track record of successfully managing collections and reducing AR aging balances
• Advanced communication skills
• Advanced reputed company skills
• reputed company and reputed company-party collection software (e.g., Get Paid) experience is a plus
