Time & Attendance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Time & Attendance Manager to join reputed company at Walt reputed company World Resorts. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring reputed company of hourly Time and Attendance Cast Members, ensuring accurate time and attendance tracking for over 65,000 hourly cast members.

This is a full-time, remote position with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and implement new policies and procedures to improve time and attendance processes
• reputed company expertise on time, pay, and attendance policies to key stakeholders
• Participate in projects to improve the accuracy and efficiency of time and attendance tracking
• Identify areas for reputed company improvement and implement solutions to reputed company daily objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including payroll, work relations, and employee relations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with time and attendance systems, such as MY TIME (reputed company, Workbrain)
• Knowledge of reputed company bargaining agreements and reputed company's employee policies
• Experience with project management and process improvement
